PayPal and major credit cards are accepted for all orders. Orders will only be shipped after payments clear.

S H I P P I N G

  • All work sent within the US is sent via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with USPS Tracking information that will be sent to the email provided. You may request another service, if you need (UPS/FedEx).

  • Unless you choose Priority Mail, your order does not include insurance. If you would like to pay a few extra dollars to insure your order, please send a follow-up email after you place your order that includes your order number and a way to invoice you. I accept PayPal or Venmo transactions for the additional insurance. USPS Priority Mail is an option at checkout which automatically includes insurance for orders under $100.

  • Once I ship your package, it is out of my hands!! I do not assume responsibility for any packages lost in transit.
    USPS does a great job and I’ve rarely had issues. Should your package go missing, still reach out and I’ll do my best to help you find it. Unfortunately, I do not have the means to replace orders lost in transit for free, as I am not Amazon.
    Be sure to add insurance if you are worried. Always double check that your shipping information is entered correctly.
    *COVID-19 disclaimer: The USPS has gotten better with delivery times, but delays may occur. Please be patient with small businesses and postal workers, as we are all doing our best.

  • International shipping is now available at checkout. Shipping times and costs will vary. Please be aware that some countries charge extra customs fees at random. I appreciate you working with me to pay any extra fees that may arise from shipping to you and I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y

  • If you wish to return an item for some reason, you may receive 100% store credit within 20 days of purchasing.  
    After 20 days, 50% store credit will be given.  All returns must be unworn and in the same condition as they were received.  

  • Exchanges for pieces that are available in store will also be accepted within that timeframe. Any difference in price must be paid before the exchange can occur. If the difference is in your favor, it will be issued in store credit.

  • Additional shipping charges may be required. 

  • There are no returns available for custom work or sale items.

  • Each piece is handmade with love, attention, and sound craftsmanship.  However, metal is malleable and bends out of shape with natural wear over time.  Should a piece break or bend too far out of shape, I can fix it for you.  Please send any broken pieces or pairs with the rest of the item.  Email hello@ketahandmade.com for further instructions with a picture of your piece. 

  • Replacements: Should you lose an earring from a set, it can be replaced!  However, since each piece is made by hand, I will need the single earring in order to match it.  Please email hello@ketahandmade.com for shipping information. 
    This service is offered at 60% of the current item price, plus shipping.

  • Although I love being your go-to jeweler, I *usually* will not repair any jewelry that is not originally handmade by me.
